The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were not up to our expectations and the long wait for breakfast was a downside. Being opposite a conference room felt odd, but the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great, near shops, bars, and restaurants, but a little chilly. The dining area offered a variety of food but the breakfast choices were limited.
